Returns Policy

Nationwide Tyres wishes to make your online shopping experience as easy and risk free as possible. We recognise that sometimes things may not turn out as you expected.

You can return products you have bought online.

It’s this policy that provides you with peace of mind while shopping with Nationwide Tyres.

For a product to be returned under our policy, all we ask is that the product must be in a resalable condition unless faulty or otherwise defective. All non defective products returned must be in their original unused condition along with any accompanying accessories / Guarantees / Instructions. Products cannot be returned if they have been fitted, used, modified, damaged, or shaved.

How to Return a Product

Please follow these steps before returning goods.

1. Contact Nationwide Tyres on 07 847 5189 or Please quote your purchase order number or invoice number from your original purchase as emailed to you by us at the time of the transaction.

2. Briefly explain the reason for the return and we will authorise a refund or exchange, subject to inspection.

3. We will give you a reference to include with your return along with your order or invoice number and as a courtesy we will email this information to you as confirmation of your call.

4. All you then need to do is to return the goods to us with the reference information and we will then promptly action your request. All purchases must be returned and inspected before any refund or replacement will be granted.

Products must be returned directly to Nationwide Tyres, 71 King St, Frankton, Hamilton, New Zealand. You will need to include the return reference and order or invoice number as this information is needed as proof of purchase. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, eg to the credit card you used to make the purchase. You are responsible for all charges incurred returning the item(s) to us.

Please note: If you have purchased goods online and then wish to return them we will refund the purchase price of the item but not the freight charge.

If Nationwide Tyres has supplied the wrong or faulty goods we will reimburse you in full.
